What is IgG Food Explorer™?

The IgG Food Explorer by Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory is an Elisa-based multiplex food sensitivity test measuring total IgG antibodies to a plethora of foods. IgG Food Explorer evaluates over 250 food antigens using a simple at-home collection. Results help practitioners personalize diet and lifestyle guidance for their patients to reduce and eliminate symptoms related to adverse food reactions.

What are Food Sensitivities?

Food sensitivities are an adverse immune system response to ordinarily harmless foods. These food sensitivities are highly individualized, and symptoms are subtle and often delayed. Adverse reactions can occur from 3 to 72 hours after ingesting the offending food.

Food sensitivities are common and on the rise. As a result, most people can benefit from food sensitivity testing. The IgG Food Explorer can help patients who wish to optimize their health and those who have experienced chronic symptoms for years.

The range of symptoms related to food sensitivities is vast and varies for each patient.

Once this lab test is ordered, Dr. Hartman's office will have the lab sent directly to your home. We will then contact you to set up a phone/zoom meeting for your initial consultation (for new patient intake and symptoms) .

What Are the Sample Collection Requirements?
All our collection kits come with easy-to-follow instructions for the patient. Follow instructions in the lab kit.

For US: Call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to Schedule Your Pickup
-When the automated greeting begins say, “Schedule a pickup.” When asked if your label has the word “Stamp” on it, say, “Yes.” Your tracking number can be found on the Return Label.

For Canada and US Territories
-Complete the name, address, phone number, and signature sections on the 3 commercial invoices and waybill.
-Place the completed invoices and waybill in the clear pouch and affix pouch to the front of the clinical pak.
-Call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to schedule your pickup. When the automated greeting begins say, “Schedule a pickup.”
-When asked if you are shipping a package say, “Yes.”
-Let them know you are shipping using an International Waybill.
